Dr. Bansal's dissertation is titled "Augmenting Clinical Assessments of Post-Stroke Walking Dysfunction." Dorian Rose, PT, PhD, served as her PhD mentor. Dr. Bansal is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Physical Therapy at the University of Union in Ohio.

Dr. Nair's dissertation is titled "Disease Progression in Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy with Emphasis on Loss of Ambulation: A Multicenter Longitudinal Study." Krista Vandenborne, PhD and Sean Forbes, PhD, served as her PhD mentors.

Singer

Michele Singer, MS, CCC-SLP, PhD

Dr. Singer's dissertation is titled "The Hypoglossal Motor System: Studies of Neuropathology and Adeno-Associated Virus Mediated Therapy." David Fuller, PhD served as her PhD mentor. Dr. Singer has accepted a position as a post-doctoral fellow at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine under the mentorship of Dr. Vsevolod Polotsky. She will be funded by Genetic and Genomic Approaches to Sleep Disorders T32 training grant.

Abigail Wilson, DPT, PhD

Dr. Wilson's dissertation is titled "A Mechanistic Based Approach to Pain Management." Joel Bialosky, PT, PhD, FAAOMPT, OCS served as her PhD mentor. Dr. Wilson is an Assistant Professor of Physical Therapy in the School of Kinesiology and Physical Therapy at the University of Central Florida’s College of Health Professions and Sciences.
