Application Procedures

Copy of your University Application for Admission to Graduate School (Remember, you must also apply to the University of Florida Graduate School, which you can do on-line)

  • Three letters of reference
  • A professional goals statement
  • Official GRE Scores (UF code is 5812, Department code is 0618)
  • Official transcripts
  • Official TOEFL scores (for international students only; UF code is 5812, Department code is 44)

Please review the University of Florida Graduate School home page at www.rgp.ufl.edu which lists University admission and application requirements (and the on-line application form). If you meet the admission requirements, submit an Application for Admission to Graduate School form to the Graduate School. For detailed information, review Admission's web site at www.reg.ufl.edu. An on-line application is available here. The Rehabilitation Science Program also requires you to forward copies of the college materials listed above directly to Dr. William Mann, RSD Program Director, University of Florida, P.O. Box 100164, Gainesville, FL 32610-0164.

Application Deadline

The Rehabilitation Science Program admits students throughout the year. Students are encouraged to mail their application materials by March 15 for fall admission, and July 15 for spring admission.
