Typical Quantitative Standards for Admission
The following are minimum quantitative standards we typically expect for admission consideration to the Rehabilitation Science PhD program:
|GRE Verbal + Quantitative SCORE||300 or greater|
|GRE WRITING SCORE||3.5 or greater|
|3.0 or greater GRE Writing Score
150 or greater GRE Verbal Score
|GPA*||3.0 or greater for the last 60 hours of undergraduate credit
(based on a 4.0 Grading Scale)
|TOEFL (if applicable)||80 or greater on the Internet version;
550 or greater on the paper version
* Students educated outside of the United States and evaluated on a different grading scale will be considered on a case-by- case basis.
- Quantitative performance above these thresholds does not guarantee admission. All applications are reviewed by the Rehabilitation Science Steering Committee to determine whether to offer admission.
- The Rehabilitation Science requires an official copy of GRE exam scores for all applicants. The Educational Testing Service (ETS) will provide official GRE scores for five years after the test administration date. Please review the ETS guidelines and contact the program coordinator, Laura Quintana, if you have any questions.
