Congratulations to Dr. Heather Ross, Rehabilitation Science faculty member, who was recently awarded a research grant from the Foundation for Physical Therapy. The one year grant will fund a project titled “Rehabilitation to Elicit Maximum Stroke Recovery Following Stem Cell Transplantation,”
Congratulations also to recent graduate, Rogelio Coronado, who was awarded funding for a two year project titled “Improving Physical Activity and Function With Cognitive-Behavioral Based Physical Therapy after Spine Surgery,” Dr. Coronado is currently a postdoctoral research fellow at Vanderbilt University.
